Reduced Calorie Yogurt Fruit Prep

Procedure
- Dissolve fructose and Reb A in water then pour starch and cellulose in the solution. Stir into strawberries.
- Cook on high heat to 195°F (90°C), stirring constantly until starch is completely cooked.
- Add flavor.
- Cool quickly.
- Add 14% fruit prep to yogurt which has been sweetened with 170 ppm Reb A.
