Procedure

  1. Dissolve fructose and Reb A in water then pour starch and cellulose in the solution. Stir into strawberries.
  2. Cook on high heat to 195°F (90°C), stirring constantly until starch is completely cooked.
  3. Add flavor.
  4. Cool quickly.
  5. Add 14% fruit prep to yogurt which has been sweetened with 170 ppm Reb A.
